Is my nephew having a manner problem or he already has adhd?

whenever we say no don't do that is the more he tends to do it even though he knows that is not the right thing..not just that, he always yell back and make faces whenever we try to discipline him even in front of other people.i was thinking that he's just trying to get attention.im just worried about my son(which is his cousin) because its not the first time that he did something nasty about the baby (putting his booger after he pick his nose on the forehead of my son, like for ex.)i dont know what to do..please help me

If your nephew doesn't live with you, you need to address this with the parents. This may be difficult, if one of his parents is YOUR sibling instead of your mate's siblings. However, you cannot discipline your nephew. That is his parents jobs. Raise your concerns and give suggestions to them if they are welcomed. If the parents don't consistently discipline, you may need to pull back association with your son unless the two children are able to be CLOSELY supervised.

It sounds like severe behavioral issues.

Just don't let your son be around him. And when he gets a little older, make sure you teach him manners and to mind his mother.
