Im bipolar and have adhd what kind of foods cant i eat? |
i was wondering if there is any foods or drinks that im not supposed to eat or drink because im bipolar and have adhd . so i need to know what foods or drinks besides caffien can i or cant i eat or drink There is no scientific evidence to suggest that you should avoid certain food or drinks with bipolar disorder or ADHD. People will suggest that you avoid artificial colourings and flavourings, particularly the E100 numbers which you'll see on the back of most brightly coloured or strongy flavoured foods, and certainly as a general matter of health everyone should be avoiding these. A very small proportion of children with ADHD seem to have a response to cutting these out of the diet in terms of their symptoms improving, but again there is little scientific evidence to back this up. I have ADD and bipolour too wow I though I was the only one with the two. well mate stay away from sugar that was what I was told |
