Question for people with ADD/ADHD?

Do you ever wonder what it would be like to be normal?
I mean, like, with one train of thought rather than 10 or more.
Sometimes it can get frustrating having that many things going on in my head at once...
I mean, sure, I take Adderol and it helps enough, but sometimes I just wonder what it would be like with only one train of thought, being normal...
Idk, just been thinking.

Also, for those who don't have ADD or ADHD, do you ever wonder what it would be like to have it?

Thanks :)

Many people have it and don't know...LOL.

Try writing notes, especially when you need to be responsible with task. As you go along, you check them off. As time goes by, you will see and feel the difference with senses of accomplishments.

When all else fails, pretend you are multi tasking ;-)

As far as normal...what is normal? There are various methods of measuring growth. Some use power and control, others use Spiritual, others use labels and accomplishments...

We each have our own forte`. This also states we all have our own weaknesses too. Therefore we all will have lessons n life to learn and hurdles to overcome with each path we choose to walk... Might as well enjoy the ride :-)

I would not be surprised if you had heightened senses...like being able to feel another persons emotions or energies... Pay attention and observe how you feel before, during and after an interaction with a person near you...Note the changes...Then try it with several... If you want get back with me later on with the results.
