Good cure/ remedie for adhd? |
does anyone know a cure/ remedie for adhd thats more effective than riddelin or adderall or anything? like perhaps some sort of treatment for it or something There have actually been a lot of studies that have shown that Fish Oil can help with ADD/ADHD. It seems too simple, and that may be one reason it wasn't really looked at closely for this, but I wasn't surprised it would help when I thought about it. The EPA and DHA in Fish Oil help with all sorts of things including heart health, skin health, and brain health. There is no such thing as a cure for ADHD, the condition can not be cured, but the symptoms can be treated to alieviate them. I have very good results with young people with ADHD using upper cervical chiropractic care (Diversified, Activator and Gonstead). I wonder if there's a connection with yoga because the postures can calm and focus a mind. |
