How to i know if i have adhd?

i get hyper for no reason i get allot of energy and i am scared of heights but wen i get hyper i jump of my roof and trees wen i jump in my trampoline i get distracted really easly and focusing is relly hard for me and i hate to turn in homework asignments and wen my teacher dosent let ous leave on time like she keeps ous until she tells ous to go i get really upset and i feel really angry inside and wen there a long line i get really inpatient and get mad plz help

This site shows the diff between bipolar and adhd. Keep in mind there are mild forms of bipolar. I have bipolar 2.
I was looking but i couldn't find a site with a quiz on bipolar 2. Here are some symptoms you may or not relate to. Skip the first bit. It's misleading.
Or it could be anxiety. Although to me it doesn't sound like it, here is a test anyway.

Your regular doctor should have a check list in his office that asks you if you have the symptoms. I would say you should have you parents take you to check it out, though I don't think the height thing fits the criteria but the rest might.
