For some 1 who has ADHD what is a good way to study? |
ok i have ADHD and i find hard to sit still and i need to focus in my home work because i haVE a cultures test tomorrow what is a good way to study I have ADHD and the best thing I found (seriously) is to have some music on, something classical or oldie (Marvin Gaye is always good) and eat before you study. |
