AD(H)D is addressed in sections 22 - 25, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris Depression; see section 2; page R first, and eventually the rest of the section. Take 4 Omega 3 fish oil supplements, daily: (certified free of mercury) it is best if consumed with an antioxidant, such as an orange, or grapefruit, or their FRESHLY SQUEEZED juice. If vitamin E is added, it should be certified as being 100% from natural sources, or it may be synthetic: avoid it. They are not quick to act, but are very safe, and non-addictive. At http://www.mercola.com/ * enter "adhd" in the searchbar, and follow the links near the bottom of the webpage.

Hi,
This is from my experience. I am 64 and have ADHD.
But it goes back to when I had cancer and my Doctor told me to laugh pray, get a sense of humor, think of myself and rest when my body says too. I began doing all of that and I have never had to take meds.

I look at ADHD as something hillarious at times. Come on admit it we do some silly and stupid things. I also went to ADHD classes. They helped dramatically. People tell me that I could do a tv series comparible to Lucy because of the stupid things I do. Hope this helps. Be who you are and relax. Also try doing one thing at a time instead of everything at once.

What I have found to work is expensive, but it works! It is called OPC 3, or Isotonix. I helps with ADHD, and a TON of other things along with health in general. Ebay is the cheapest place to find it. http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll...
