yessss

No. ADHD is one of the most over-diagnosed and over-drugged condtions today. Given improperly, the stimulants cause brain waves patterns similar to psychotics.

I had trouble sitting still and paying attention as a kid--I was a KID. My ma put her foot in my butt and demanded I get good grades or I would be punished. I'll be danged, I finished high school top 10%, high honor roll for 8 semesters, and graduated college c um laude.

It's mind over matter. It's self-control. It's self-discipline and prioritizing.

You could definitely have adult ADHD especially because your siblings have it. If it is interfering with your normal life you should see a doctor about it. My niece has had it since she was 8 she is now 28! She can't hold a job or drive because of all the other distractions but her I.Q. is 1 point below genius!

not at all . many many adults have ADHD , althouqh it is supposedly "somethinq you qrow out of" but I dont think you do. Go to your doctor or therapist and tell them about it, I have ADHD and you definitely could too !!
