Is there ever a time in life where people can just say "yes, that person is stressed and for good reason?" Or is it push meds to live in the stress??? Yes, there are definitely good reasons to be stressed and it doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with that person or that they need medication. Meds are hopefully always the last resort if things get out of hand. Yes there are many things to get stressed over & about stress is a normal phenomena of life but if the stress your going through is over bearing then you may need meds the last very last thing you want is for that stress to develop into depression |
