Need answers!: Do people with adhd display symptoms of asperger's, such as hand flapping?

If they do, would they actually have asperger's or not?

Anyone can flap their hands, its how we do it. Often obsessively, not knowing or in control, as we are often senory wise overloaded by even the environment around us....

I have Aspergers and I may of not been diagnsoed with ADHD but I am very often over hyper, we are all varied and different on the autism spectrum and ADHD if just another neurological difference like Aspergers....

The way I see it is that all neurological conditions are / should be under that one big autism umbrella, we are all just differently able. I think every child should have an overall assessment for neurological differences and as has been said up to 40% of all children have to some degree.

General below if not sure always ask a professional, my only experience is living with many neurological differences all my life, and the more we have, the more extreme and complex the harder it is to fit in, in general.
