Do you have ADHD? Want to talk find out more about ADHD how over the feel?

Anyone use this fourm have ADHD ? has a friend who has ADHD?

Just really wanted to know what people falt about ADHD and how they feel about having it, ig what they find hard , certen thing they like etc, i got adhd and had it since i was 1, im 18 now, just falt it would be nice to start a post for people with adhd so they can talk how they feel about it etc

According to my IEP from back when I was in school, I had ADHD and dyslexia. Ritalin helped somewhat, but I stopped taking it once I graduated from H.S. . Frankly I never saw it as a big deal, it made studying and retaining information harder or so I'm told. But it's nothing that I would consider to be a life-altering disability. It just means that you have to work a little harder. It's not an insurmountable problem. And frankly I'm embarrassed for the people who make ADHD out to be some terrible disease that will ruin your life.

oh my gosh, adhd people are my favorite people... not necessarily cuz they have it, but they just happen to be my favorite people... like my brother, he is amazing, i love him so much, and this guy i'm pretty much in love with, both have adhd.. i don't think i have it, as far as i know... lol but you never know.

People who like to know about people with ADHD should know about Michael Phelps and Ty Pennington.

I consider myself of having ADHD since they are the same as ADD plus being up and down far as energized. Being 23 years doesn't stop me from being forgetful. I get told about something and I forget everything that I was told.

I think that term is being thrown around so carelessly. I say I have it because I had brain trauma and almost died at birth now resulting in a learning delay. I have a real disability.

Some child that's hyper does not have one.

AD/HD, ADD and ODD (oppositional defiant disorder) which often accompanies the first 2 is a real disability. To say it isn't is intolerant. It is more than being hyper.
