Can someone with ADHD be in the military?

The answer to this question is yes depending on the level of inattention
because a person can learn to live with ADHD and not be distracted. So they [military] will do some tests to see if you are eligible to join. Because if you are really easily distracted that can kill you in combat. So go see a recruiter and take the test.

Last I heard the USAF will not take anyone who was on Ritalin etc
after the age of 12.

Makes you wonder what's in these drugs they put kids on?

I've heard that you're not allowed to be on medication in the military. I don't know how true that is.
