Is there a ADHD and ADD?

I'm not hyper all the time, but I have trouble concentrating, day dream and I go from one activity to another quickly. Like ive gone through tons of hobbies is that part of it?

ADHD - attention deficit hyper disorder
ADD - attention deficit disorder-

You can get books online or in the library that will explain what ADHD/ADD is - one of the most famous books that first addressed this, 'Driven to Distraction' - and there is a newer expert on the subject, Dr. Daniel Amen -

People who have problem with the 'h', will often be impulsive, talk alot in group settings, feel restless etc. Day dreaming, going from one thing to another, are symptoms of both disorders. It doesn't mean you have to stay that way, you can work to lessen these tendencies with behavioral therapy and determination; the important thing is that you recognize it.

ADHD is Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
ADD is Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD-inattentive type).
In other words, the inability to focus and concentrate, without the hyperactive tendencies. My child is a lot like this. He can sit still for long periods and does not present the "classic" hyper symptoms, but he has difficulty focusing on tasks.. and tends to stare out the windows and daydream in his own little world. When doing homework, the slightest noises will be enough to keep him OFF task.

yesss,

yea my brother is the same way
