Why do i get so easily distracted? could I have ADHD? |
I daydream more than I should, I get distracted by little things, Im very forgetful and zone out alot when ppl talk. alot of times I hear about assignments in school that I dont even remember. I procrastinate alot and Im very unorganized, messy and I misplace stuff alot.I get streaght A's though eccept recently Ive been procrastinating too much and getting B's, even some C's. Ive always been this way and Ive tried to fix alot of it many many times but it never did work. Yeh probly, I've got it too, and I often like to........ hey look over there.....a butterfly... It could be ADD (it wouldn't be ADHD) unless you are Hyper and can't stay in your seat etc.) If you are really this distracted to the point that it affects your grades at school you should speak with your parents, counselor or another responsible adult and let them know exactly how you feel just as you have on here so they can look into what the problem may be. |
