How to know if you have ADD OR ADHD?

you need to be evaluated by a psyciatrist. They can diagnose you. A nourologist can also diagnose you. I have ADHD really bad and my nourologist diagnosed me with it.

buy some weed and smoke it. It'll help you relax. If you have an issue w/ smoking then use a vaporizer, it can be expensive that way but you won't have the negative side effects of smoking.
