I think i have adhd what should i do?

should i go to a psychologist or psychiatrist? does insurance cover them b/c i probably could not afford one. i have GHP coventry 1 POS insurance

Any GP or Psychiatrist can diagnose it, insurance might not cover the Psychiatrist, im no expert tho =)
A psychologist can diagnose it, but they are really just counselors, a gross generalization yes. Just better to see a psychiatrist first, or GP.

Go to your doctor & he will eliminate you.

If you are, he will prescribe you to a medication (usually ADDERALL)
