What you need to do is understand what is causing your symptoms. Most likely it is narrowed down to 3 things.

1. Sensitivites/allergies to certain foods and ingredients.
You may have a problem with dairy products, eggs, gluten (bread, pasta, cookies, etc), artificial colors and other ingredients.

Remove these items from your diet. Eat fresh foods as much as possible.

2. Mineral deficiencies
This is a common problem. 2 of the most common are calcium and magnesium. You can get a calmag supplement. Just make sure it isn't calcium bicarbonate. Its worthless.

Omega 3 is also good to add to your diet. Go for small fish like anchovies and sardines not plant oil

3. Blood Sugar problems
Avoid sugar! You need to make sure you eat plenty of protein in your diet. This will help to stabalize your blood sugar so that you don't have mood swings. If you eat a bunch of sugar (sugar cane, high fructose corn syrup, cereal, bread, pasta, fruit) and no protein, it will make your blood sugar rise.

Then you will have problems concentration and also may be hyperactive. At some point your blood sugar will drop and you will have mood swings, depression, and more concentration and focus problems.

Have you sought medical attention already? Maybe there are alternatives to medicine. Ask your family for help and tell them how you feel about this. Tell it to someone you trust, a friend, co-worker...doesn't matter as long as you unburden yourself. This isn't your problem alone, you need all the help you can get.

Take 4 Omega 3 fish oil supplements, daily: (certified free of mercury) it is best if consumed with an antioxidant, such as an orange, or grapefruit, or their FRESHLY SQUEEZED juice. If vitamin E is added, it should be certified as being 100% from natural sources, or it may be synthetic: avoid it.
