So long as you stay at the prescribed dose, no.

You're not getting high off of the stuff. Instead you're taking a low dose.

Did you know that Tylenol can cause liver failure? But we take it all the time! That's because we stick to the low dose. If we were to double up all the time, we would begin to damage our livers. Take a whole lot all at once? Liver failure (a death that takes a few days if left untreated... it's pretty awful).

Every drug has side-effects. Long term use of certain drugs prescribed to ADHD people (like Ritalin) can cause ticks, etc. Best to check with the doctor who prescribed them, and stick to the recommended dosage, AND just be mindful that you are on medication so be aware of anything that might result from it.
