Is absent mindedness a sign of ADD/ADHD? Or are ADHD people distracted by multiple things at once? |
I ask because I almost got run over by a car and I didnt realise till it would have been too late fortunately the driver slowed down but this absent mindedness/ slowness/distracted mindedness might kill me one day! By the way im young only 24 its been this way for a long time and im not completely stupid as I have a degree why am I so slow lol It sounds like it could be ADD. Generally if you have trouble paying attention to any one thing for too long is a big sign of ADD. I'd get tested if I were you. |
