How to tell if you have ADD/ADHD?

What are the symptoms of ADD/ADHD?

I have a short attention span, short fuse, love to daydream and create stories. Are these symptoms? Is it advisable to go to the doctor?

I've got GCSE's coming up next year, so I need to get this sorted, ADD/ADHD or not!

I forgot! Please answer!

It sounds like you could have ADD or ADHD, but to find out for sure you should see a psychologist for a professional diagnosis.

You need to be evaluated by a psychologist. Try and get some referrals for ones in your area who have experience with ADD/ADHD. If you can't find any, then look for psychologists who have experience working with children, and/or learning disabilities. You have to be tested - it involves stuff like an IQ test and other similar tests. It takes a while.
