Are people with ADD or ADHD consider a mental illiness? |
Are they consider mentally stable , medically? its more referred to as a learning disability. it depends on who you talk to. but i would not consider it an illness but more of a disorder, like a learning disorder Legally, in the USA, this would be true. Very hard to prove for purposes of disability. It was called hyper-active when I was coming up, I'm sure big pharma will get it classified in what ever matter that makes them the most money. No, they are just people with really inept parents who didn't know how to discipline them. no, it's just a slight disability |
