Is there a medication for ADHD without the following side effects?

restlessness or jitteriness
Loss of appetite
Headaches
Upset stomach
Depression
Tics
Please don't tell me to medicate natruarally or that adhd isn't a real disease. I've strugggled with it for years and haven't found a fully efficient medication. It's not possible for me to function without it.

i'm taking ritalin currently

Well, since all medications for ADD/ADHD are basically the same, they all have pretty much the same side effects.
I'm taking vyvanse for my ADD and the side effects are really mild for me. I've only experienced the loss of appetite for a short period of time.
Ritalin and Adderall are much more intense, shorter lasting medications, so the side effects for those are usually much more strong.

omega 3 fish oil may help
also the feingold diet, which means eliminating foods with artificial flavours and colors, which trigger certain symptoms

What medication are you taking now??
