What is the opposite to someone with a condition like dyslexia or Adhd?

If people with dyslexia or adhd have trouble organising and storing information in the brain, what would someone who is very good at organising and storing information be? if they were better at doing it than the average person

As one poster stated OCD people are often more focused, yet that can occur as a coping skill for AD/HD and Dyslexia--in some causes it becomes more of the pathology. Also Savants have an ability to do all that you have stated, but it is so profound as to cause nearly as many difficulties as AD/HD and Dyslexia.

I think in a way OCD can act like the opposite of ADHD. Instead of having trouble paying attention to a something like in ADHD, someone with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder may have trouble keeping themselves from being too focused (and obsessed) with something to the extent that they can't think of anything else. ADHD is like the mind going from one subject to another really fast. OCD is like the mind not being able to remove itself from the subject.
