How do you improve your concentration/stay "switched on" or focused/ Am I normal or do I have ADHD?


Im ok for a short period but then I phase out if im listening to someone talk etc to the point where friends and family notice it enough to call me up on it alot! Should I be using my brain box a bit more (under-use) if so how?

I just got told that I don't have AD-HD by my link worker or psychiatrist but he said he didn't know what AD-HD was properly!!! But presumed if I could talk to him ok for while about myself then I don't have it and its just in the normal range but I was phasing out towards the end lol but mabe thats just normal?

My doc said the same thing but said he thought I had the inattentive type but not a severe case since I seemed on the ball!?

My mum thinks I have it my dad thinks I dont but somethings up otherwise people wouldnt comment what do you think/ think I should do?
