I don't know what to do anymore.. add or adhd? |
I've always struggled in school not based on the fact that im stupid, but I could never keep myself focused, whether it would be in class or working on assignments. I managed to graduate highschool with a not so impressive gpa, and now am attending community college classes. The problem is, I am having extreme difficult reading the material. Even if find the subject interesting, I just cannot dwell into the readings for long enough. I am sort of against medication but I am almost considering going to the doctor and getting help, because I want to succeed in college so badly. Im not sure if this is just my behavior I have tried to break it but I cant! So I guess what are your thoughts, do you think I have add or adhd. I will say i am not overly active or anything and I don't really know the difference between the two. I will note though their is always alot going on in my head and its hard to stay on one train of thought.. I know this long i apologize, but please give me some insight.
