How do i get a general check up for add, adhd, dyspraxia, dylexia etc? |
my teachers have said that they are very sure that i hav ADD, and so have my parents, my reports from when i was younger constantly say lack of attention, poor concentration, clumsy, day dreamy etc, also i apparently had no sense of heights when i was little, i am currently 17 my docters will not give me the check up because they feel that i am to smart to have any of the following but i swear these conditions do not affect your intelligence, but i just desperatly want to know because it would explain alot of things for me i've been trying to get checked for this for the past 2 years it reli starting to wind me up i only wish to know can anyone help please by the way i live in the uk While these conditions may not affect your intelligence per se, they do affect test scores and achievement.
