Does this mean I have adult ADD or ADHD? |
I'm someone who cannot sit down and relax and read a good book for some reason. I'm not a book reader at all; I watch a lot of TV, and anything I read, it has to have pictures or be a really short article on the internet. After reading about ten pages in a book or reading a textbook, I just get a headache and then start to feel agitated, and anxious, and I even get sleepy and pass out taking a nap. I'm really impatient and get aggravated at stuff such as long traffic lights at intersections and waiting in line. Lately, I've been more jumpy than usual and figit alot, and all I can think about is my job. I also want sex to be less than 10 minutes with my boyfriend. Does this mean I could have ADD or ADHD? Anything is possible. I would definitely talk to a neurologist/psychiatrist if I were you, because it sounds like you have a bit of ADHD (hyperactivity/impulsiveness). |
