Question for Non-Medicated ADHD Students?

First of all, I am 22 and was diagnosed with ADHD at 3 years old. I have been taking Adderall XR for a long time, but stopped taking it about 8 months ago as I am 36 weeks pregnant.

However, I am in my last 2 weeks of college and am finding it nearly impossible to manage myself and get all of my work done. I cannot get myself focused enough to keep my mind from wandering away from whatever I'm doing.

Anyone have any tips for me? What is the best way to get work done if you are unable to take medicine?
