Teen sex addiction and adhd help?

I was babysitting over the weekend a 13 year old boy and a 5 year old girl. They are my friends children. Her 13 year old son has adhd and he came in my room and tried to molest me while i was sleeping. My brother had adhd and now has a sex addiction and he molested me when i was younger(in the same way as well as the boy, while i was sleeping). I think her son is going down the same path. I don't want her son to end up like my brother. I want him to get help not report him. The help he needs would require the psychiatrist to know and he might report it and then it wouldn't be in my hands whether to report it or not... any suggestions on a way to go?

I have talked with his parents and we all want to help him. I have told them about my brother and that i want to get him help. But my problem is if he gets put into the system it will ruin his life. It ruined my brothers. It only makes it worse I've seen it! I need to know about how to get him help with out getting him into the states hands because they will make his life hell forever. If we were to do that it would be a major cry for help right now he is just in the beginning stages of this addiction and i want to nip it in the bud before he needs to get reported. Basically i want to try a different approach then my parents did with my brother

Either way, you are going to have to report it to someone especially a psychatrist so he can get help. otherwise he'll never klearn that what he is doing is wrong. you and the parents can start by talking to him but sometimes young teens are only willing to talk to their own peers. seek help from some community teen counseling programs,if any in your area.

Ok so maybe you just need to educate this boy.
Sounds like he is fixated on it, maybe because he doesn't exactly know whats really going on.
So teach him about sex and the time and place and what's right and wha'ts wrong.
Perhaps he has been exposed to something and isn't fully educated.
Teach him as responsible adults what is appropriate.

have a really open talk to the parents put your brother as an example and well say you want to help out and take him to a doctor

because the kid really is going to need one and especially now because he is still young is going to be hard once he is older
