What helps available for adhd?

i am almost certain i hav adhd. i jus dont kno wot helps available & if it rly does help.

but wot annoys me is that ppl think the only symptom is bein hyperactive but its not. theres sooooooo many problems iv got- i feel like if i went to the docs its such a long process and i dont no if i went thru wiv it all...whether i wud come off any better. iv jus got no structure in my life. cant stay in 1 job for very long, relationships r always messy, even tho i care about ppl i hurt them accidently. i seem like i dont care, i seem immature & stupid but im actually quite intelligent which is frustratin. but i get confused, angry & depressed quite alot! i even cant sleep very well cuz my bones ache so much & i hav 2 move around all nite clicking them. i know its common wiv adhd to hav a deficiency with certain fatty acids & i jus need 2 take omega suppliments but i cant even do that! lol. im jus a mess. i dont know wot kind of help there is for adhd & wot it will do. does any1 know about it? has anyone got adhd and can tell me their experiences?

hiya, my 16yr old grandson has got ADHD. he get mobility for it,but he still works.he is on ritalin.that's all the help he gets.

first of all goto your GP and get a blood test for ADHD then he/She will help you with some good advice. But don't worry its not all that bad I promise you it will be good in the end.
