I have ADHD.And I want to control it.?

HEY WASSUP MY NAMES ALEXIS AND I HAVE ADHD. I WANT TO LEARN HOW TO CONRTOL MYSELF WITHOUT TAKING IT, WHEN I DONT TAKE IT IM HYPER, I EAT A LOT, AND I TALK LOUD, AND SOME PEOPLE LOOK AT ME AS AN ANOYYING PERSON BUT ITS JUST ME OK. BUT DOES ANYONE WHO HAS THIS TELL ME HOW TO CONTROL MYSELF, BECAUSE I'LL TAKE IT AND THEN I'LL THINK OK TOMORROW IMA CONTROL MYSELF WITHOUT IT, AND THEN LIKE TOMORROW COMES AND I COMPLETLY FORGET TO CONTROL MYSELF. SO PLEASE HELP ME!!

This treatment may seem harsh but it has done wonders for me since I was in grade school. The first few times I hated it but now i find it really relaxing. Every summer when I'm home from college I still prefer the 6 weekly clinic treatments and the 2 weeks of daily home treatments from my mom. During winter break I do 3 weekly clinic treatments and 1 week of the daily home treatment. I agree with first answer. I'm 26 years old and i've tried to control it since I was 4 and it hasn't worked out for me. I'm wondering if anyone goes to psychiatrist or therapist for it actuall. I started but it seems kinda unneccesary cause I just continue to do the same things over and over again and I forget almost anything people say to me.

i have ADHD and i don't really know how to control myself. Everything i say is probably a mistake and i cant control food or anything.
