I have paranoia, tourettes, ADHD ans asperges will smoking marijuana make all this worse?

please help me?
if possible please give me arguments for and against smoking the ganja

Well, it kills brain cells. So it would probably make it harder for you to deal with these. And remember, brain cells do NOT grow back. They're the only cell that doesn't.

Plus, look at the effects it has on people without mental issues. Right? Now imagine what it would be like added on top of paranoia, Tourettes, ADHD, and Asperges. It doesn't sound like much fun.

Personally, I don't think it's smart to smoke Marijuana.

However, there have been people who have reported smoking Weed actually decreases their tics and makes it easier to get through day to day.

I've also heard of doctors prescribing marijuana in small doses to those with tourettes to relieve ticcing.
