Below are a list of some of the more popular memory / focus / concentration / attention improving products. You can find them in local health food stores and the internet.

http://www.focusfactor.com/
http://www.vivimind.com/

Focus Fast is stimulant free and contains the most ingredients.
Focus Factor is the most popular and sells the most (they advertise the most, meaning they probably make the most)
Vivimind is the newest product on the market

well you have to sleep for your brain to function properly and obtain information, but if you are just looking for a medication to wak u up i would suggest Provigil.

PROVIGIL is a prescription medicine used to improve wakefulness in adults who experience excessive sleepiness (ES) due to one of the following diagnosed sleep disorders:
鈥bstructive sleep apnea (OSA)
鈼n patients with OSA, PROVIGIL is used only along with other medical treatments for this sleep disorder. PROVIGIL is not a replacement for your current treatment. Consult your doctor about the importance of continuing your current OSA treatment while taking PROVIGIL
鈥hift work sleep disorder (SWSD)
鈥arcolepsy
PROVIGIL could help you stay awake
PROVIGIL does not affect sleep for most patients*
PROVIGIL does not replace sleep and may not stop your ES completely.

*In clinical trials, some patients taking PROVIGIL (5%) reported trouble sleeping versus those patients who did not receive medication (placebo or sugar pill [1%]).
