I have ADHD and I find that i am lazy doing my work? |
is there any ways I can improve I mean when I do my school work I am in college and need help Stop looking for excuses for reasons not to do your work. Not having motivation or being lazy are simply excuses. my gf has ADHD and takes a medicine called adderall xr. it helps her to focus on her schoolwork and calms her down. talk with doctor and see if there are any medications that you can take |
