Would yoga help a child that has ADHD?

I know that most people think that Attention Deficit Hyper Disorder is not real, but believe me it is. My little brother has it, and as soon as he was put on medication it went away. What i want to know is if yoga could be an alternate option to the medication. My mom might agree with me if i can get some information to back it up. I think that a healthy lifestyle is very important.

no, because it you have to be calm. kids with ADHD are too hyper, try swimming or something. thats what micheal phelps did.

Probably not, having to sit there for awhile doing very boring things would make it worse


My mom tried it with me when I was younger, GOD was it hell.
I couldnt even think cause I felt to hyper.
