How do you git AIDS and git ride of them?

first you stand in the middle of a room, tap your feet together and twirl around saying "i dont want AIDS..i dont want AIDS....ect.." 10 times and then eat 3 cups of strawberry jello..then your cured..smfh.

AIDS is not a disease but a syndrome (the "S" in AIDS) which basically means it is a collection of symptoms and various infections or diseases that result from the HIV virus having damaged/disabled your immune system.
There is no cure for it, only treatment of symptoms and antiviral drugs that can help slow down the progress of the HIV virus, though eventually those lose effectiveness.

You get HIV which may turn into AIDs from sharing needles with someone who is HIV+ or having unprotected sex with a partner who status is unknown.

Once you are HIV+ you have it and it will not go away. It can be controlled with medications, but you have it for life.
