With all this sh_t in the new ,im becoming a bit paranoid and i dont know if it just an allergy or flu .......?

with all this sh_t in the news about the swine flue im getting a bit paranoid
im kinda not feeling well today and i dont know if its the seasonal allergy coming back to "haunt" me again or that flu
i do have a runny nose and itchy throat, slight congestion and i do cough a bit
now i am a bit paranoid about this cause i live in Queens ,New York City where there have been about 51 people diagnosed but with the public transportation like subway or bus you never know what the heck will happen
should i go and see a doc. i have heard in the news that people that think they think they have it should wait 24-48 hours and if the symptoms dont go away then see a doc. and i started having runny nose yesterday when i was in a park im thinking that its an allergy as when i am inside im perfectly fine but when i go outside my throat start to itch , so my eyes and im tearing and my nose is running

so i dont know what do .the doctor that i go ,his office is closed today it will be opened on Tues. and going to an ER room just with what looks like an allergy seems like a waste of time

People are putting to much hype and everyone is freaking out because of this flu. It's really not that big of a deal. It's just a different strain of the flu. It's not any more dangerous or contagious. Its just different and our society doesn't know what to do with different things and change, so we do what we do best, and that is get scared and go into lock down.
Now in your case, it sounds like nothing serious. But yes you should wait and watch your symptoms to be sure. But yes if they don't go away, go to doctor as soon as he is in. If they get worse, don't wait, go to ER. But from what you explained it sounds just like seasonal allergies to me.

don't panic. you have an allergy, the swine flu is just another type of flu, this is different so there is no vaccine yet, you are fine just go about what you normally do and you will be ok
