My mother's brother is suffering with Alzheimer's disease. How much risk do I have?

I am in my late thirties. Reasonably good health.

Hereditary risk is unknown. There are however things you can do to fight Alzheimer's. Learn new things, do puzzles like Sudoku, eat lots of fresh veggies and fish and stay active: have an ever changing exercise routine.

Another more controversial idea is that some Alzheimer's is actually caused by Mad Cow Disease, which the US government doesn't allow testing for, even though it's been found in cattle all over the world. So, limit your beef consumption.
