If someone who believes in God develops Alzheimer's disease, and as a result start to worship Satan instead...?

...will God forgive them, or have they transgressed beyond hope since they have consciously chosen to worship Satan?

Let me clarify. Say you come down with Alzheimer's, a stroke, a brain tumor, any condition which affects your mind. There are documented cases of personality change occurring as a result of brain injury, indeed some people become a completely different person as a result.

So, if someone starts out in life fully believing in God, then are afflicted with brain trauma and choose a diametrically opposed belief system and worship Satan, will God forgive them, or leave them to fend for themselves, since they've chosen (however delusionally or as a result of injury or dementia) their new path?

of course satan is one of gods favorite right...I don't think that would be a problem ... god knows what is going on he make you with a path in life and knows what you are doing ..sick...or not...

If thats really the case: If you know that God is the Almighty and the truth and you consciously deny Him and worship Satan....well then thats blasphemy...which is an unforgivable sin.

God hath already forsaken them by giving them alzheimer's.

My beloved Grandmother has Alzheimer's and it doesn't work that way.

you do not have a clue about medical and spiritual conditions...
