Is there a birthcontrol pill that can lessen androgen hornmones?

I've heard that androgen hormones is the cause of unwanted hair growth and pimples. I'm really desperate!

You can take spironolactone to counteract androgens directly. Birth control pills contain female hormones, which counteract the effects of androgens.
