Question about androgens from adrenal gland? ? |
Do androgens like testosterone from the adrenal gland act in the same way as testosterone produced from the testes? Or does the testosterone from the Adrenal Glands go to certain parts of the body, while the testosterone from the testes go to other parts? I mean does the testosterone and other androgens produced from the adrenal gland go to certain parts more exclusively? Report Abuse It's the same chemical structure so my thought is that it acts the same way. The testes make WAY MORE testosterone relative to the adrenals, BTW. |
