I'm not sure if i have a general anxiety disorder? |
I'm in my teens and I was talking about how out of no where I can get shortness of breath, nervous, and my heart will hurt and pound for a few seconds and then its gone. Sometimes i lose concentration and I blank out. I dread a lot of things and I used to not be like that. I'm always tired but very jumpy and I worry about things constantly. Like conversations I've had with people and what they think of me and what I think of myself. I also get irritable and tense. Everything has to go perfect and I feel like everything goes the opposite way as I want it to. I get really tired of things and I hate the feeling of losing control and jealousy. Is that normal for a teen with stress or is it anxiety? Should I see a doctor. My mother thinks it is all in my head. this sounds like panic attacks, which are brought on by anxiety symptoms and stress, research them. there is loads of info on google to help you. you should also make your doctor aware of this and they will advise you on what to do when this happens |
