What are some movies about Teenage Struggles? (Depression, abuse, eating-disorder, pressure, rape, anxiety...)?

I like watching movies where the emphasis is based on a teenager and their struggles in life, or an issue they have to deal with.
Anybody seen or know of a good movie/movies about such things?

Everyone is mentioning Thirteen... and I used to be a big fan of Thirteen, myself. Until I saw the movie Augusta, Gone. Waaay better than Thirteen, in my opinion, but really similar. You can find Augusta, Gone on Youtube.com just by typing in "Augusta, Gone part 1" in the search form.

Speak (stars Kristen Stewart), Thirteen, Donnie Darko, Juno, Puberty Blues. And there's a really good TV series from England called Skins. It's based on a group of teenage friends and focuses on drugs, relationships, sex, pregnancy, divorce and every single teenage problem you can possibly think of. Also, the Secret Life of the American Teenager. I've only seen two episodes, but it's really good. It's about a band geek who falls pregnant to a jock.

This Boys Life............child abuse and being uprooted.
The Basket Ball Diaries.......true tale of sever drug abuse and rebirth.
Joe The King.........boy struggles to get through a horrible childhood.

anda really good one with dylan and cole sprouse is called "The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things" (its about the twins having a crack whore mother who is dying and bla blah blah

The movie "13". It deals with a lot of pretty dark stuff and it's all stuff that average teenage girls today really do deal with. Very intense and highly recommended.

13, Kids (my favorite for what you've asked), donnie darko, reqiuem for a dream and a few more I can't think of at the moment.

There are some really good books, such as a Child called it. Movies, Towlehead, Running with Scissors (also a book, and much better than the movie)
