Which pyschological Perspective is best used to explain anxiety disorders?

(Sigmund Freud)
Society represented as superego and biology represented as id when these two egos demand a response from the 'small' ego as it's compared to the other egos. The human response to this overwhelming and overpowering emotion as it struggles into making a decision or a resolution in thought creates anxiety.
There are three types of anxiety according to Freud. The first one would be realistic anxiety which is also known as fear. Although some people think that this translation is to simple since there are many types of fears from natural reaction from dangerous situations to fears of being socially rejected. Second one would be moral anxiety which is created by the opposition of social world norms that suggest everyone must follow that leads to the basis of superego. Feelings related to this include of fear of punishment and guilt. The last form of anxiety would be the neurotic anxiety which is caused by the overwhelming feelings of the id; the natural impulses, needs, and desires a human needs such as sex, food, and social connection. Which can also be defined as simply the feeling of anxious.
