How do you cure atherosclerosis? Please give me easy methods. Medication will do.?

Please help me out. I would be obliged if you did so.

atherosclerosis is the buildup of plaques in ur arteries and u dont treat it medically. u can treat the result of it (angina) medically.
to get rid of the plaque, have a balloon angioplasty done. but for people who have so much plaque buildup that they require this procedure, removing the plaque does not mean it wont come back in the future. in fact, they have a better chance of recurrence than other normal people. best thing to do is eat healthy and exercise.
remember it is cheaper to live healthy and not have to go to the hospital than to live an unhealthy life style and get treatment when ur sick.

safe herbal remedy:
Take a lehssun [garlic] it consists of a number of javas -small piees]
Take 1 java [small piece] and remove its cover and add a little onion and fresh adrak [ginger], some lemon juice and a little salt. eat it thrice.

wear Rudraksh [Gauri Shanker Rudraksh is the best] next to skin.It is used by Hindus as pieces of rosary.

keep your cholesterol levels low. low fat, exercise. choose your foods wisely. keep your blood sugar in check.
