Pregnant, Bacterial vaginosis don't think med is working...? |
I'm unsure if Flagyl is helping me with my BV (bacterial Vaginosis) sometimes it feels like it does and other times it burns when I pee still. (that was my only sign, and no I didn't have a UTI) So now I'm very worried..seeing as I'm a bit over 15 weeks pregnant. I'd like to try clindimayacin (sp?) I'm just tired of this infection...Should I finish the Flagyl pills? I've been on them for about 6 days now.... Tomorrow should be my last day and I don't think it even helped...I'm going to go back to the clinic but I'm just worried. I mean I know it helped a bit, cause I did have reliefe, but then sometimes it still burns after I pee. So idk what's going on... Finish your medication first and if you still see no relief, then go back. I'm taking the generic version of Flagyl, but my only symptoms were that I had increased discharge and cramps. They seem to have gone away. But do finish your medicine. If it'll make you feel better, go to the clinic and tell them you don't feel as if the medicine is helping you much and see what they tell you. From what I've read on the internet BV isn't something I would want to play around with. Good Luck! You should call the Dr, or go to the clinic. I think it can take a while to work. Yes, finish the medication and then see what the Dr. say |
