Rephresh and flagyl for bacterial vaginosis?

I have bv will Rephresh cure it? Or should I take the flagyl and use the Rephresh? Will the Represh keep me from getting a yeast infection?

Treatment of bacterial vaginosis: Antibiotics - Metronidazole 500mg 2-3 times a day for 7-10 days.

u dont need to use both flagyl 500mg 3x daily should work fine.
