How does biofeedback affect meditation and concentration practices?

How does biofeedback affect meditation and concentration practices?

what is your definition of biofeedback?

I practice Sahaja Yoga Meditation. There is physical feedback that allows you to understand the state of the energy within the body as well as what needs to be done to balance it, and signals that indicate balance.

This allows me to pinpoint and solve problems within myself that are preventing me going into the state of meditation.

The affect is that I can clearly understand what is causing imbalance without needing to ask anyone (like a teacher or guru) anything.

you shouldn't do concentration practices becuase that involves putting your mind in blank, and when you do that the bible says that... that allows demonds to enter your mind

I always thought biofeedback was just another type of meditation one could do. The studies concerning biofeedback painted it in a very favorable light, so I don't think it will have any negative effects on your meditation.

It disturns the whole process. Just stop, and clear the thought. go back to maditating. Everytime your mind wanders, let it go, and come back. :) Email me if you have any more quesitons.
