Does biofeedback or hypnosis have any effect on phobias, anxiety, panic, or depression? |
The meds just take the endge away, therapy can't penetrate my severely irrational mind... So I've heard rumors about biofeedback and hypnosis. do these actually help? Are there any other things to help? YES!!! just make sure to eliminate fears Biofeedback can help some depending on the person. I'm not so sure about hypnosis. The effect is temporary. It can't solve much problem. Only reduce at one time (by the moment) |
