Anyone had biofeedback done? |
I just met with a woman recently that does it. I found it all very confusing. She claims my blood is acidic and that I have too much sugar in my system too... something about my hormones being off kilter... a whole bunch of stuff . I have insomnia which seems to have gotten worse after all this and I swear I feel crankier and moodier than ever... anyone else have an experience with it??? Biofeedback can be very effective for certain conditions. It often works in the reduction of pain. You are right to be cautious as some people use a modality such as biofeedback, but are not qualified to do so. You should ask her to show you the literature that gives results from clinical studies for your problem...I doubt she'll be able to produce anything. |
